Ádám Felméry, sole trader (hereinafter: Service Provider or Data Controller) provides data subjects with the most important information regarding the processing of personal data through this Privacy Policy, including in particular the purposes, legal basis and duration of data processing, the rights of data subjects and the available remedies.

The Data Controller processes personal data in all cases in compliance with applicable legislation, in particular observing the principles of data protection and information security. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to present in a transparent manner what personal data the Service Provider processes, for what purposes and on what legal basis, and what rights data subjects have in relation to that processing.

Data Subjects

A data subject is any natural person whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller, in particular persons using the Service Provider's services, as well as those who contact the Service Provider or provide their personal data to the Service Provider.

Third Parties

A third party is any natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body which is not the data subject, the data controller or the data processor, and to whom or which personal data is disclosed.

1. Appointment Booking

During appointment booking, the personal data necessary for using the service is provided. The Data Controller processes the data provided by the data subject solely for the purposes of recording the appointment, sending a confirmation and any necessary communication related to the appointment.

Data processed:

During appointment booking, the data subject's name and email address are provided. Providing a phone number is optional; if provided, the Data Controller also processes the phone number.

Purpose of data processing:

Personal data is processed for the purposes of recording the appointment, sending confirmation, making modifications if necessary, and communicating in connection with the appointment.

Legal basis for data processing:

The legal basis for data processing is the taking of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract for the use of the service [GDPR Article 6(1)(b)].

Duration of data processing:

The Data Controller processes personal data until the appointment takes place or until the appointment is cancelled or modified.

2. Invoicing

In connection with the use of the service, the data controller issues an invoice to fulfil its statutory obligations. The processing of certain personal data of the data subject is necessary for issuing the invoice and fulfilling accounting obligations.

Data processed:

For the purpose of issuing an invoice, the data subject's name, billing address and — where provided — email address are processed.

Purpose of data processing:

Personal data is processed for the purposes of issuing invoices, fulfilling accounting obligations and settling the consideration for the service.

Legal basis for data processing:

The legal basis for data processing is the fulfilment of a legal obligation applicable to the data controller [GDPR Article 6(1)(c)], having regard to the provisions of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.

Duration of data processing:

The Data Controller retains personal data related to invoicing for 8 years from the date of issue of the invoice, pursuant to the statutory obligation to retain accounting documents.

In processing personal data, the Data Controller may use data processors for the performance of certain technical and administrative tasks. The data processor acts on behalf of and according to the instructions of the Data Controller, and may only process personal data for the purposes and within the framework determined by the Data Controller.

The Data Controller will examine the received request without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt, and will provide a substantive response.

Right of Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether your personal data are being processed. Where such processing takes place, you have the right to:
